Calling all AAPI Montclair youth from ages 5 to 18 years old. Please join us for an end of the school year party at a beautiful backyard pool near MAM. Fun activities for all! Lifeguard on duty. Space is limited so please RSVP as soon as possible. Please note that this is a drop off party but if your child can not swim OR is 8 or under then we require a parent in the pool with their child. ---- Youth Program Waiver By registering for this event, I grant permission for my child(ren) to participate in the AAPI Montclair Youth Program. I understand that as a participant my child(ren) may be quoted, photographed or videotaped during normal activities or events and that these quotes/photos/videos may be used in AAPI Montclair materials. I do hereby release and forever discharge AAPI Montclair from any and all claims, costs, demands, actions or causes of action, past, present, or future arising out of any damage or injury my child(ren) may incur while participating in Youth Program activities. I agree to indemnify AAPI Montclair for any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, costs, suits or causes of action, past, present or future, arising out of or caused by my child(ren) while participating in Youth Program activities.
